Frustrated by your lack of upper body strength? Worried that you'll never be able to lift your own body weight? Convinced you're not strong enough to do a pull up? Then this programme is for you.
This programme can help you to achieve your first strict body weight pull up with some dedicated time, consistency and the right building blocks.
Designed for someone who does not yet have their first strict dead hang pronated pull up or has just one on a 'good day'. It can be completed in addition to your current training and will progressively improve your upper body pulling strength and get you closer to that first strict pull up.
Your Instructor
Sophia is a CrossFit Level 2 and British Weightlifting Level 1 Coach. A Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer of five years, Sophia has experience of working 1-2-1 with clients and is passionate about female health and wellbeing.
